Attendance

          Regular Attendance is important to the academic success of students. There is no actual substitute for classroom instruction. Punctuality and regular attendance in classes and other school activities starting from the flag ceremony are expected of every Agnesian.

         It is the students’ obligation to attend classes regularly and punctually to achieve the desired educational benefits they seek. A student who has been absent for ½ day or longer must present a letter from his/her parent/guardian explaining his/her absence to the adviser.

         A doctor’s certificate is needed for absence due to prolonged illness. A student who has accumulated 20% absences of the total number of school days is considered dropped.
