Guidelines for Strict Implementation on the Use of the Computers and Internet
1. Only the SAA faculty and the bonafied students can use the computers and avail of the internet services. No
outsiders will be allowed to avail of its services.
2. The use of Computers and the Internet services are within prescribed time.
MONDAY-FRIDAY Saturday
8:30 - 11:00 a.m. 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.
1:30 - 5:00 p.m.
3. The Internet Services are to be used for research only. Playing of computer games, chatting, using flash drive
and non-academic activities are not allowed.
4. SAA Faculty Members who have free periods may use the computers at their own convenience.
5. When the Researcher exceeds the maximum FREE 30 minutes allotted for the use of the computers and
internet -CHARGES will be made:
next 60 minutes........ Php. 20.00
55 minutes ...................... 19.00
50 minutes ....................... 17.00
45 minutes ....................... 15.00
40 minutes ....................... 14.00
35 minutes ....................... 12.00
30 minutes ....................... 10.00
25 minutes ....................... 9.00
20 minutes ........................ 7.00
15 minutes ........................ 5.00
10 minutes ........................ 4.00
5 minutes ........................ 2.00
6. Handle computers with care.
7. The following reminders must be observed.
a. bringing of food/any beverages are not allowed inside the computer/internet office.
b. silence should be strictly observed when using the computers.
c. viewing of indecent pictures, animation, graphics, video whether artistic in nature or straight forward
pornography is strictly prohibited.
