1. School officials may confiscate items from students inside and outside the school when they deem it
necessary.
2. During class, any item that disrupts the learning process shall be confiscated.
3. If confiscated for the first time, the item will be kept for one day by the class adviser. For the second
offense, the item will be kept for one week and one month during the third offense. The fourth time the
offense is committed, the confiscated item will only be returned at the end of the school year.
4. The members of the Formation Team has the right to withhold the return of any confiscated item if such is
an evidence of an offense committed by the student.
