Enforceability of Rules on School Discipline

St. Agnes’ Academy requires its students to conform to the rules of proper behavior and conduct at all times consistent with Benedictine education. Thus it can enforce its rules and regulations whenever the student:
1. is anywhere within the school premises
2. is in school uniform
3. is at school related and/or school sponsored activities such as field trips, games, seminars,
etc.
4. commits acts or omission contrary to values upheld by the school or prejudicial to the good
name and reputation of the school.
