3. Normally, requisition may be attended to on a “first  come, first  serve” basis,  but priorities may be agreed upon and given depending on  the urgency of the request.

 

4. For projection purposes, classes through their teachers,  may  borrow  an  overhead projector, slide projector and video projector, but may not bring any of these projectors out of the school campus without a written permission from the Principal or Directress.

 

5. Great care is to be  exercised  in  handling  the  machines  due  to  the  difficulty  of having them repaired or obtaining some spare parts. For this reason, these machines, specially the projectors have to be handled by one operator only, whoever, is designated, unless such person is not available and the teachers knows how to operate the machine needed.

 

 

High School AVR Guidelines 

 

 1. Audio Visual aids or mediated materials are provided for teachers’ and students’ use to improve and enliven instruction.  

 

2. Request for the use of the Learning Resource Center or  its facilities and materials should be  given at least 24 hours before they are needed. Requisition slips may be obtained from the Learning Resource Center non-print officer in-charge.

6. Audio visual aids materials which may be borrowed and brought out of the Learning Resource Center should be returned as soon as possible after used. Failure to do so will subject the borrower to a fine of P5.00 to P10.00 / day depending on the kind of materials borrowed.

 

7. Borrowers (whether teachers or students)  will  be  held  responsible for the things they borrow and should pay for the damage or make restitution for any loss. It is, therefore, the obligation of the borrower to check with the Learning Resource Center staff the condition of the object or material upon borrowing and returning it.
