LRC Guidelines on the Use of the Computers and Internet Services
1. Only the SAA faculty and students can use the computers and avail of the Internet services.
2. The use of computers and internet
services are within prescribe time:
Morning (Recess and Noon-break)
9:30 – 10:00
12:00 – 12:50
No Noon Break
Afternoon:
Mondays & Fridays
4:00 – 5:30
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
3:50 – 5:30
Saturdays
8:00 – 11:00 in the morning only
3. Playing of computer games and non-academic activities are not allowed.
4. The Internet Services are to be used for research only.
5. SAA Faculty members who have free periods may use the computers at their own convenience.
6. When a student EXCEEDS the maximum FREE 30 minutes allotted for the use of the computers and internets – Charge will be made:
Request for Printing:
* for one half page with graphics - 30.00
* for one fourth page with graphics - 15.00
* for one whole page without graphics - 10.00
7. No outsiders may use the computers and Internet services.
8. Please Handle the Computers with care.
