The Report Card

The Report Card is a document used by the school to officially communicate a summary of the student’s performance in school.
The card is issued two weeks after the periodical examinations. Numerical marks are given in the different subjects while letter grades are used for Conduct. Students are required to show their report cards to their parents who should sign the card to indicate receipt of the information regarding the student’s performance for the grading period.
Cards should be returned within three days after issuance. Failure to return the card one week after the release of the card would mean non-admission to classes until the card is returned.
Tampering of cards like erasures and forging of signature is a SERIOUS offense that will merit disciplinary action.
