The Campus Minister
The Campus Minister helps in creating a palpable Catholic Christian atmosphere that is conducive to the growth of each member of the High School community in self-knowledge and knowledge of God and his/her relationship with Him through vibrant and meaningful liturgical celebrations.
He/she is expected to:
1. Supervise and coordinate all spiritual, religious and liturgical activities of the department.
2. Coordinate with the CLE chairperson and the CLE teachers in the preparation of liturgical
activities at the start of the school year.
3. Follow-up requisitions and take care of logistics to facilitate recollections, retreats, masses,
confessions, etc.
4. Contact priests and facilitators.
5. Look into the upkeep of the school chapel, its supplies and the altar set-up for liturgical
celebrations either in the chapel or in the gym.
6. Help in the formation and training of acolytes, lectors, commentators, prayer leaders and faith
sharing facilitators.
7. Put up and maintain bulletin boards and liturgical corners, etc.
8. Submit financial reports on retreats and recollections.
9. Submit a quarterly and year-end report to the Principal.
